SG MANGANESE VIOLET
Manganese Violet, also known as Mineral Violet or Nuremberg Violet, was developed as a more affordable alternative to Cobalt Violet. It quickly became a favorite pigment of the French Impressionists, as many artist used it to render the effects of light in their works. Attractive in full strength and in glazes, Manganese Violet works particularly well in botanical paintings and landscapes.
