Tree Pose in Watercolor with Jessica Olberz Singleton from 1-3pm

This experiential class blends gentle movement and watercolor exploration to invite balance, ease, and flow. We will briefly explore Tree Pose as a way to arrive in the body, noticing how relaxation and presence support balance. Then, using watercolor techniques such as charging and dragging, we’ll let paint move freely across the page as tree forms emerge. No yoga or art experience needed. All movement is optional and adaptable.
