Expressive Painting with Mona Cattan 11/14 Friday 10-12pm
Join instructor Mona Cattan in this expressive acrylic painting workshop and unlock ways to express your authentic self through art/painting prompts. This one day workshop is a reflection of the larger 8 week Multi-Session Class "Paint from Your Soul". Participants will engage in an art practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit, promoting overall well-being and personal growth. This workshop is focused on letting what is inside, out on to the canvas, rather than technical material techniques. No experience in art making is required.
