Transfer + Refunds

Transfers
Requests for transfer must be made at least 1-week prior to the start date. Class fee is transferable 1 time only. Transferred class fees are then non-refundable.

Refunds:
–Up to 1 week prior to start date: Price of class minus a $15 admin fee. Some classes require a higher non-refundable cancellation fee due to the amount of prep work for the class. These fees are noted if applicable in the description of the class or workshop
–1 or 2 Days Prior to Class/Workshop start date: 50% of class fee
–Class/Workshop Start Date: No refunds issued on or after the start date of the class.

If a class is cancelled by PAC or the instructor, a full refund will be issued to the payee.
